Rain spoils encounter between MS and KK

The match between the Multan Sultans and the Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) abandoned due to rain.

The 19th match of the Pakistan Super League was played between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

Karachi Kings decided to field first after winning the toss against Multan Sultans and scored 102 in 16.5 overs for a loss of 6 wickets that the match was stopped due to rain.

The match could not be resumed due to continuous rain and both teams were given one point each. When the match was over, Shahid Afridi was playing on 35 runs off 17 balls and Sohail Tanveer was on 10 runs.

Multan Sultans are currently number 1 on the points table. He has played six matches so far in which he suffered a defeat while in four he won and has 9 points.

On the other hand, the Karachi Kings are fourth with 7 points after playing six matches. Islamabad is second and Peshawar is on the third spot. Quetta is fifth and Lahore Qalandars are on sixth position after playing 5 matches.
