PPP’s founding member Dr. Mubashar Hassan passes away

The founder of the People’s Party, Dr Mubashir Hassan passed away at the age of 98. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto founded the party at Mubashir Hassan’s house in 1967.

According to details, founder of Pakistan People’s Party, Dr. Mubashir Hassan passed away at the age of 98. Dr. Mubashir Hassan was shifted to a local hospital in Lahore today due to his severe condition.

Mubashir Hassan was one of the closest associates of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and founder of the PPP. In the year 1967, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto founded the Peoples Party at the house of Dr. Mubashir Hassan.

He was also the finance minister in the government of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. He was also the author of various books. He was the one who introduced Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan with Bhutto. He was also the President of People’s Party Lahore.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other leaders have expressed their condolences on the death of Dr Mubashir Hassan and prayed for forgiveness and elevation of his rank.
