From Gilgit-Baltistan, another case of the coronavirus has reported, bringing the total number of cases to 20 in the country. Spokesman of the Gilgit-Baltistan government, Faizullah Faraq, confirmed another case of the coronavirus.
A 14-year-old boy from Skardu has been diagnosed with the virus, the spokesman said, adding that the infected patient is undergoing treatment at the Isolation ward of Skardu while samples of eight more suspected cases have been sent to Islamabad for verification.
According to the spokesman Gilgit-Baltistan government, the number of Coronavirus cases has increased to 2 in the province.
The spokesman said 130 isolation wards have been set up in the province and seven rooms at Skardu Hospital are allocated for the victims of coronavirus.
So far 15 cases have been reported from Sindh, 2,2 from Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan and one from Quetta. Thus, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has now increased to 20 in the country.
